Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist to provide nurturing care for children in a home environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and development of children while maintaining a safe and engaging atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking household
  • Work setting is primarily in the employer's residence
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (not a condition of employment)
  • Staff accommodation provided
  • Relocation costs covered by the employer
Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
  • Guide children in personal hygiene and social skills
  • Maintain a safe and healthy home environment
  • Organize engaging activities such as games and outings
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments
  • Support the emotional well-being of children
  • Assist children with homework
