Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain detailed records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Guide and instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and cook meals regularly, including for special guests or events.
  • Plan and design menus that adhere to quality standards.
  • Address dietary restrictions by preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
