About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (Nova Scotia) Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and organize construction schedules, milestones, and progress monitoring
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions
  • Manage budgets and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Supervise a team of 1-15 people, depending on project requirements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
