Position Overview:

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking dedicated individuals for the winter season to become integral members of our ice and snow management team.

As part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the effective removal and de-icing of snow from commercial, institutional, and industrial sites in the designated areas.

We provide safe, well-maintained machinery, skilled leadership, direct deposit for your earnings, and a seasonal bonus for committed team members.

To qualify for the bonus, you must fulfill all scheduled shifts and remain for the entirety of your assigned hours.

All positions are part-time and on-call, contingent upon winter weather conditions. Shifts will be scheduled for snow accumulation events, ice clean-up, or freeze-thaw occurrences, often during overnight hours.

Applicants should be prepared to work on very short notice, at any time of day or night, based on weather patterns and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work under the guidance of a Team Leader, who will instruct you in executing snow removal and de-icing tasks for Clintar's commercial properties.

This role may involve evening to late-night shifts, extended hours, as well as weekend and holiday work. Availability is required around the clock to respond to weather-related events.

Previous snow removal experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating snow blowers and hand tools such as shovels to clear snow from surfaces.
  • Lifting and distributing de-icing materials weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Assisting the team leader in the successful execution of assigned duties as needed.

This position is available from November through April, subject to weather conditions.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour.
