About the Opportunity:
Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a Financial Receivables Coordinator for a temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate, process, and record invoices within the financial system.
  2. Identify and rectify any discrepancies that arise.
  3. Receive and assess invoices, bills, and claims for payment authorization.
  4. Execute payment processing and perform reconciliations.
  5. Analyze aging reports for outstanding receivables.
  6. Manage cash applications efficiently.
  7. Address client inquiries and maintain comprehensive client records.
  8. Assist administrative functions as required.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial roles.
  2. Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
