Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at the Halifax Language Institute of Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for the role.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill open positions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Docs.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
