Job Summary

LES ATELIERS BEAU-ROC INC. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of steel fabrication and welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding operations on a variety of steel materials, including stainless steel and heavy metals.
  • Operate MIG welding equipment and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of welding techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Equivalent experience in welding technology or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Custom fabrication experience.
  • Factory assembly experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
