Ideal Candidate
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Grande Prairie Division. This role is essential for executing projects efficiently and safely across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in leading project teams through various stages of project delivery, including:

  • Engagement in comprehensive project delivery from proposal development to client handover.
  • Collaboration with Allnorth teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Involvement in project activities such as earned value tracking, reporting, and change management.
  • Management of procurement, contract management, and document control.
  • Oversight of engineering and construction processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project and team performance.
  • Development of remediation plans to address schedule or cost challenges.

Qualifications
While a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or consulting.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from preliminary design to commissioning.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
