Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing functional business requirements and modules testing for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead meetings with senior stakeholders to gather and document data requirements
  • Prepare mapping documents and business specifications
  • Analyze requirements, identify gaps and propose sourcing and delivery strategy
  • Support the dataset ingestion, classification, registration and/or consumption processes, working closely with DCM (Data Content and Modeling) and Data Fabric teams
  • Participate on Intake forum for Data Fabric and DCM requests
  • Support data consumption strategy by creating queries/views based on consumer requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering
  • Business analysts/data modelers/analyst experience
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Exposure to data analytics
