Your Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:
- Residence in the designated area is necessary.
- Route responsibilities will encompass various municipalities.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- On-call weekend duties will be part of the role.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred two years of relevant experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; ability to maintain a company vehicle in good condition.
- Availability for overnight shifts and on-call duties as needed.
- Compliance with customer site requirements, including potential vaccination proof.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and extreme temperatures.
- Capability to perform essential physical tasks associated with the role.
- Must be able to wear a respirator as required.
- Possess or be able to obtain necessary pest control certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to promote value-added services to existing clients.
- Previous experience in pest control or route management is advantageous.
