About the Role
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and sales quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay organized and manage multiple sales leads and customers simultaneously.
- Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and revenue.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC registration.
- Strong business acumen and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
