Position: Junk Removal Team Associate / Customer Service / Labor
Location: Edmonton
Compensation: $17/hour base pay plus tips and bonuses (average total earnings of $19-$22/hour)
Work Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time options available (your choice)
Our operations run Monday through Sunday starting at 7:30 AM. For Full-Time employees, we provide a compressed workweek with 4 days on and 3 days off.

- Adept in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Delivering outstanding service and a positive experience to every client.
- Vehicle Operations: Safely driving the company vehicle.
- Junk Collection: Handling both heavy and light items for removal from client premises (including furniture, appliances, yard waste, electronics, and general clutter).
- Marketing Initiatives: Participating in creative marketing strategies to boost revenue and enhance earnings.
- Sales Conversion: Turning estimates into successful transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- A minimum of 4 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work full days, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to handle 10-hour shifts in a compressed workweek.
