The Manufacturing Operations Manager also engages actively in labor relations within a unionized context.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term operational strategies that align with local, regional, and national objectives, including the development of effective processes and programs.
- Oversee the performance of the management team to meet established targets and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Conduct regular assessments of business outcomes with plant staff to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Promote a workplace culture dedicated to safety and quality excellence.
- Exhibit the necessary behaviors to successfully drive change initiatives.
- Address the needs and service expectations of both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

- Solid understanding of physical and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in manufacturing management principles within a unionized setting.
- Knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies, and their interdependencies.
