The Manufacturing Operations Manager also engages actively in labor relations within a unionized context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term operational strategies that align with local, regional, and national objectives, including the development of effective processes and programs.
  • Oversee the performance of the management team to meet established targets and enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Conduct regular assessments of business outcomes with plant staff to optimize supply chain efficiency.
