Financial Strategy and Analysis:
Formulate and execute financial strategies to align with the organization's goals.
Perform comprehensive financial analyses to facilitate informed decision-making, including cost-benefit evaluations, financial modeling, and risk management assessments.
Generate and deliver financial reports to executive leadership, emphasizing critical insights and actionable recommendations.

Financial Governance:
Develop and uphold stringent financial governance to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
Supervise internal audit functions and implement enhancements based on audit outcomes.
Create and enforce policies and procedures to bolster financial oversight and risk management practices.
Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and investment operations.
Mentor and lead the finance team, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing development.
Provide training and growth opportunities to ensure the finance team's competencies remain up-to-date.
Collaborate with fellow directors and department leaders to propel strategic initiatives and enhance organizational performance.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or CPA is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy development and governance.
Proficient in financial software and systems, with advanced skills in Excel.
Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
