Job Summary

NL Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Administer medications and provide wound care
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree
  • Recent and satisfactory Police Record Check
  • International Nursing Education Documents
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Social Insurance Number card and Work Permit or Permanent Residency
  • Ability to demonstrate an acceptable level of knowledge in meal preparation for at least ten people
  • Emergency First Aid and BCLS certification
