- Proficient in Ticketing Tools preferably ServiceNow and Remedy tool.
- Knowledge of Imaging PCs.
- Knowledge of Vendor Management.
- Knowledge of Commissioning & Decommissioning of assets.
- Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes (IMAC). The vendor shall be responsible for coordination and the physical execution of Installations/Moves/Adds/Changes (IMACs).
- Basic knowledge of installing software via SCCM / MECM, troubleshooting issue if installation fails and resolve them effectively in timely manner.
- Provide End User Support, to include configuration, build, placement, maintenance, and administration for the following types of equipment: desktops, laptops, Windows and Apple Tablets, Desktop and Network printers, iPhones.
- Assigning Security Group in AD for the new / existing users, Creating / Managing Email Distribution Lists, Exchange Server Admin Knowledge, Handling Onboarding / Offboarding requests in AD
