About the Role:

The Cigna Group is revolutionizing the pharmacy landscape in Canada, providing essential support to our members in managing their medication needs. We are in search of dedicated Registered Pharmacy Technicians who are committed to enhancing patient health and ensuring peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process prescription refills and manage patient care information using Kroll.
  • Collaborate closely with the Member Contact Centre to address member prescription requests.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by adhering to the regulations set forth by the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to facilitate renewal requests and ensure continuity of care.
  • Document all interactions accurately to uphold quality service standards.
  • Work alongside fellow technicians and advisors to share best practices and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician licensed in Ontario.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, pharmacy operations, and claims processing is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Kroll software and intermediate skills in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain organization.
