About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Winks Slave Lake. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and make change as needed.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain a Clean Environment: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a tidy store appearance.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Merchandise Handling: Wrap or place merchandise in bags, and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
  • Support Store Operations: Participate in visual merchandising, maintain store displays, and assist with other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
