Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain service excellence.
Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment- Fast-paced atmosphere requiring adaptability.
- Involves repetitive tasks with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service quality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who fosters a positive work environment.
- Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
