This role involves the formulation of security policies and conducting audit and regulatory assessments within the utilities sector.

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Security Analyst focusing on Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Minimum 3 years of expertise in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in developing Security policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Experience of 3+ years in Audit and Regulatory monitoring and compliance
  • Possession of a valid Security Certification (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ABCP, MBCP) for at least 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in establishing, maintaining, and updating a governance framework
  • Background in working with Information Technology or ICS/SCADA systems
  • Conducting Third Party Security Risk Assessments
  • Performing Security Compliance Reviews and addressing identified issues
  • Preparation and maintenance of security processes and procedures
  • Researching industry standards and proposing enhancements to security policies, processes, and procedures
  • Conducting Threat & Risk assessments
  • Development and upkeep of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Support for Internal and External Audits
  • Documentation, definition, and management of risks and risk exceptions
  • Demonstrated expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Monitoring and reporting on change management compliance
  • Creation and management of a Cyber Security awareness and training program
