Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve the operations of our administrative services department
  • Manage the operations of multiple administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
