Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Reliability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Payments organization, you will be responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure and financial partner integrations that enable Stripe to accept, manage, and payout money across multiple countries, currencies, and payment methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stripe's payments stack and financial partner integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve the overall reliability of our payment flows.
- Design and implement solutions to automate manual processes and improve the efficiency of our financial partner integrations.
- Work closely with financial partners to drive alignment on product usage, troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve breakages.
- Develop and maintain documentation and tools to support the development and maintenance of our payment flows.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality code.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies and ecosystems.
- Ability to write high-quality code in languages such as Ruby and Java.
- Experience with SQL and developer tools such as Git.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
