About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Lionhead Mechanical. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Assistance with Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Construction Specialization

Our team specializes in industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects, and we are looking for a skilled Labourer to join us in delivering high-quality results.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is required.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong understanding of construction principles and practices is essential.
