Job Summary
We are seeking a Compensation Intern to support key projects and programs within our organization. The role involves administrative tasks, data management, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project activities such as compensation grading and job architecture development
- Track project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Assist in developing a job catalog and related tasks to enhance organizational efficiency
- Review HR reports for accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
- Help with communication drafts and presentations to stakeholders
- Identify and address data accuracy issues to ensure reliable information
Requirements
Required: Business-Related Diploma or Degree
Preferred: Human Resources Management or related field
