Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen and dining area is a fast-paced environment, and our staff work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. We require our Food Service Supervisor to be able to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Our Food Service Supervisor will be required to work effectively with our staff, customers, and suppliers, and to have excellent interpersonal skills.
