Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers
    • Estimate food requirements and plan for inventory management
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and handled in accordance with food safety regulations
    • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
