We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Big Chicken Town Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food production.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Cuisine Specialties: Korean cuisine.
