We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Services Lead to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departments on the sales floor are executing Sephora's selling model and providing outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Ensure that all Beauty Advisors are properly executing Sephora's selling model and are aware of the store's sales performance and opportunities.
- Visual Merchandising: Support the Operations team by ensuring that all merchandising concepts and visuals on the sales floor are within company standards.
- Client Engagement: Regularly act as the Manager on Duty within the store and engage with cast and clients on-stage whenever possible.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities, and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet client expectations.
- Talent Development: Participate in the interviewing process as needed for the World team.
- Employee Engagement: Demonstrate Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
