We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with respiratory illnesses and diseases, using evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Graduation from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
- Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligible for registration with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) and CSRT.
- Current valid BC Driver's License as required in the specific practice area.
