About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at SOO SOLUTIONS INC. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to work overtime.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
