Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Chilliwack
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing warehouse activities, ensuring optimal team engagement and operational productivity. This role collaborates closely with the Plant Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Additionally, the Supervisor contributes to departmental projects and initiatives, stepping in to support the Production Supervisor when necessary.

- Provide Leadership & Human Resource Management

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Preferred certification in Supply Chain Management
- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations within the food sector, with a focus on inventory management
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
