Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at SANY Heavy Machinery Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
