Senior Legal Advisor PCMLTF Job Description

As a Senior Legal Advisor in the Compliance Programs team at National Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's compliance with anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a specialist in ensuring the bank's Compliance Program is effective in combating financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the Compliance Program to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Act as a specialist to ensure the bank's Compliance Program is effective in detecting and preventing financial crimes.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Programs team to identify and mitigate risks associated with financial crimes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
