Job Title: Financial Planner

As a Financial Planner at NBC, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized financial planning. Your work will involve developing business relationships, leveraging your leadership skills, and working closely with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans that meet clients' needs and objectives
  • Identify clients' investment and financing needs to offer tailored financial planning solutions
  • Explore business development opportunities to increase new customer acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Stay up-to-date with changing customer needs to provide adapted solutions and exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure adherence to quality service and operational standards, as well as compliance and risk management rules
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent recognized by the IQPF) and relevant experience in business development in financial advisory services
  • Diploma from the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF) or in process of obtaining the certificate within 12 months
  • Mutual Fund Representative (RCM) Licence
  • Portfolio management experience with business development objectives
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit
