We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Millwright to join our team at Schwartz Chemical Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts, and fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance and repair work
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and equipment, including programming programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment, including automated and robotic systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
