  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service establishment runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive brand image.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
    • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team is informed and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize operations and minimize waste.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.
