Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineering Technologist to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing power equipment and systems, installing equipment, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop power equipment and systems
  • Install and maintain electrical and electronic systems
  • Interpret blueprints and instructions to plan methods and sequences of operation
  • Conduct safety training programs and supervise the building and testing of prototypes
  • Test power equipment and systems, and assist in design, development, and testing
  • Prepare estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports
  • Calibrate electronic equipment and instruments
  • Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 31 hours per week
