We're looking for a talented Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage product level forecasts to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts
  • Manage inventory and replenishment flows from vendor to store, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with vendors to execute forecast and flow requirements, meeting defined targets and standards
  • Work with transport, distribution, and vendors to coordinate the flow of goods through the network
  • Ensure data management pertaining to forecasts, product, and vendor attributes is accurate and up-to-date
  • Identify and implement process improvements with vendors to enhance KPIs

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience in the retail/wholesale grocery business is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Excel, and experience with SAP and JDA Manugistics is an asset
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis
