Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, equipment, and installations to verify compliance with local codes and regulations.
* Review mechanical plans and specifications to ensure they meet all required technical requirements.
* Identify and document violations, deficiencies, or hazards in mechanical systems and recommend corrective actions.
* Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance, and enforcement actions.
* Provide technical guidance and support to contractors, engineers, and property owners regarding mechanical codes and safety practices.
