We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager for a prominent supplier of construction machinery. Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive, construction, or heavy equipment sectors.
  2. 5-10 years in a leadership role emphasizing sales and operations.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Proven team management and leadership experience within a Tier 1 Construction Equipment Brand is advantageous.
  5. Highly safety-oriented.
  6. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, and employee development capabilities.
  7. Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Commitment to continuous improvement and strong business acumen to oversee financial operations.
  9. Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
  10. Superior planning and organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  11. A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  12. Strong understanding of sales-driven departments.
  13. Solid knowledge of heavy equipment or related industries with a proven track record.
  14. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
  15. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  16. Experience managing parts and service departments, emphasizing Product Support.
  17. Experience in managing a rental department is a plus.
  18. Familiarity with the local market is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
  1. Work primarily occurs at the branch location, including the parts department, rental department, shop, and yard.
  2. Regular meetings with customers at their business locations, including job sites.
  3. Occasional lifting of moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) may be required.
  4. Personal protective equipment must be worn as provided by the company, with strict adherence to PPE requirements.
