ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will assist clients and potential clients both over the phone and in person, ensuring they receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting loan information from clients.
  • Promoting our loan and protection offerings.
  • Facilitating loan closures both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Following up on overdue customer accounts.
  • Managing cash transactions, including payment processing.
  • Committing to your ongoing training and development to help us deliver an outstanding borrowing experience that fosters customer trust and loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be authorized to work in Canada.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
