Unlock Your Potential in a Dynamic Accounts Payable Role
Kintetsu World Express (HK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming invoices and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Reconcile weekly Quick Cheques and process Stop Payment Requests as required
- Assist in filing PRF's, invoices, and other related accounting documentation
- Post and reconcile company payments to general ledgers
- Review bills, investigate, and resolve payment/billing discrepancies
- Balance daily A/P batches and prepare payment reports and statistics for key personnel
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of financial records
- Investigate payment problems and follow corporate A/P policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for client inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Comply with all safety policies and practices
- Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
Requirements:
- University/College degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable related role
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle E-Business Suite
- Strong Excel skills and ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
