At CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
