Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at the Haliburton Family Medical Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to promote health and well-being. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat various health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote health and well-being
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on healthy habits and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in health care policy and planning to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
Work Environment:
