Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the RHA EMR Modernization Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project objectives, determining budgetary requirements, and managing the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project charter outlining project scope, objectives, stakeholders, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management: Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop a communication plan to ensure effective engagement and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • EMR System Selection and Procurement: Lead the process of selecting and procuring the appropriate EMR system, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement activities.
  • Integration and Training: Develop and execute a detailed integration plan to seamlessly integrate the EMR system with existing eHealthNB infrastructure and workflows, and design and implement a comprehensive training program for healthcare professionals and staff.
  • Quality Management: Establish and execute a quality management plan to ensure that the implemented EMR system meets functional requirements, usability standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, requirements, decisions, and actions taken throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
  • Steering Committee Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations to the Steering Committee to provide updates on project progress, discuss key decisions, and address any issues or risks that require their attention.
  • Project Evaluation and Lessons Learned: Conduct post-implementation reviews and evaluations to assess project performance against key metrics and identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of specialists, analysts, and programmers.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in project management tools and technologies, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
