We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Kitchen Operations Manager at our vibrant establishment. In this position, you will be tasked with managing kitchen activities, overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the excellence of the dishes prepared.
Key Responsibilities:- Cooking and preparing a variety of meals and dishes
- Conducting inspections of kitchen and dining areas
- Managing the procurement of supplies and kitchen equipment
- Keeping accurate inventory records
- Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding workspaces
- Completion of secondary education
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Familiarity with East Indian culinary practices is advantageous
- Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
