Job Title: Floral Designer

At Canadiana Flowers, we are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials.
  • Select and source high-quality flowers and materials to ensure consistency and excellence in our designs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop new and innovative designs that showcase our brand's unique style.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in floral design.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
