Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AIM PUMPS & PROCUREMENT INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate cash registers and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store displays.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
