At SHAWN'S BARBERSHOP, we are seeking a skilled Barber Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our barbershop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting and grooming services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their haircutting and grooming needs, taking into account their preferences and physical characteristics.
- Haircutting and Grooming: Cut, trim, and style hair using various techniques and tools, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies, including hair care products and equipment, to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Receptionist Duties: Perform receptionist tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries, to provide excellent customer service.
As a Barber Stylist at SHAWN'S BARBERSHOP, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, such as cutting and styling hair.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Required certifications for the position.
- Client Focus: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Dependability: A reliable and dependable individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: A flexible individual who can adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
The primary language of communication for this role is English.
