We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Paradigm Building Solutions Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Demolition Support: Assist in demolishing buildings and structures.
- Site Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or trucks.
- Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, and perform other labouring and elemental activities as required.
- Team Support: Assist skilled tradespersons and other crew members as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
